Christmas Delivery Schedule

That's a wrap! We are officially off duty until the 4th of January!

Thank you to everyone who has kept us busy over the last few weeks. It means the world to us.

Now it's time for us to pop the kettle on, snuggle under a blanket, and watch Elf.

We won't be making or sending any orders until the 4th of January, and any messages will be answered when we return.

Celebrate the Season with Morgan & French Handcrafted Gifts and Keepsakes

Christmas is a wonderful time of year, an occasion that reminds us to show love and appreciation for our friends, family, and loved ones. At Morgan & French, we create thoughtful, personal gifts for those you cherish the most. Each bespoke piece, from keyrings to bracelets, is designed to capture memories, celebrate milestones, and remember the good times shared together.

- For items requiring kits or additional details, such as Fingerprints, Hand & Footprints, Handwriting, Ashes, and Little Picassos, please return any necessary materials to us by Friday, 1st December to ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas.

- For all other products, check the despatch date listed on the product page. Select a delivery method at checkout that aligns with Royal Mail's Last Posting Dates for the UK to ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas.

Royal Mail Despatch and Delivery Deadlines:

To receive your order by Christmas, please place your order in accordance with the following deadlines set by Royal Mail:

- Orders with 48-hour delivery selected must be despatched by Monday, 18th December.

- Orders with 24-hour delivery selected must be despatched by Wednesday, 20th December.

- Orders with Special Delivery selected must be despatched by Thursday, 21st December, which is our last despatch day before Christmas.

Please note, the expected despatch date for each product is displayed on its individual product page and is updated every morning at 9am. For orders containing multiple items with different despatch dates, the overall despatch date will be indicated in your shopping basket.

Be mindful that as Christmas approaches, our production times may increase due to high demand. Ordering early is the best way to ensure that your gift arrives on time.

Studio Holiday Notice:

We'll be taking a festive break, with the team returning to the studio on Thursday, 4th January 2024. From this date, we will start to respond to emails, commence making orders, and continue creating your unique pieces.
