We will then provide you with the necessary materials, including a small container and pre-paid envelope, labelled with your order number, to safely collect a small portion of ash.
Rest assured that your order will be handled with the utmost care and respect by one of our dedicated and skilled jewellers. Each piece is crafted by hand, ensuring authenticity and the highest quality throughout the creation process. We hold the ashes with the utmost reverence and dignity. And, as we only require a small amount, any remaining ashes will be returned to you with your completed jewellery.
