Turnaround Time

Each piece of Morgan & French jewellery is carefully handcrafted to order, and this, of course, takes time to complete.

To ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process, we have established a daily cut-off time of 9am for starting work on new orders. If your item has an advertised delivery date, please note that expected delivery dates are updated every day at 9am.

For each item, we provide the expected delivery date using a 24-hour delivery service or, if there's extra information we need before we can begin making your order, we give the number of working days required to make your design after we have received all the necessary information from you.

For many orders, all the information we need is provided when personalising your product(s) - but for products where you need to provide us with additional details, e.g. fingerprint impressions, ashes, ring sizing, MP3s for Soundwave Rings or artwork for Little Picassos, we do not start to count down the making days until you have provided us with everything we need!

Likewise, if we accept your order but have a query which prevents us from getting started (e.g. confirming bespoke requests / checking possible spelling mistakes) we'll start making your order once we have confirmed everything with you.

Some of our designs can take up to 15 working days to complete and others can be completed in 3 days or less, depending on the complexity and processes we need to complete. Please note that once we have begun the process of making your order you will not be able to change any personalisation details or cancel your order.

Finally, we publish our expected delivery date on each product, to give you a guideline - however, if you have a specific request (perhaps you need something a little earlier) then please reach out to us (Web Chat / telephone are best!), and we will try our hardest to accommodate you.

Busy Times of Year

We are very fortunate that our customers keep us busy all year round but we get even busier around key gifting times of year, like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.

As our volume of orders increases, we will also extend the making time to cope with the extra demand. We are very good at what we do, but are mere humans and there is a limit to the amount of work we can cope with!

We may also need to close our order books so that we can concentrate on orders in hand.

Our best advice for these busier times is to order as early as you can, so you don't get caught-up in everyone else's late panic-buying. Don't rely on ordering last minute, only to find we've either increased our making days or closed our order books, as you may be disappointed!

Left-it-to-the-last-minute Gifts

If you’ve been meaning to order a piece of beautiful jewellery, only to realise that the Big Day has come around quickly, don’t panic. We’ve put together a collection of designs which are quicker for us to make, meaning you may still have time to order the gift that’ll throw shade on all their other presents.
