International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide, but not to the EU or Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations. The cost of international shipping is calculated at checkout for eligible destinations. Orders to the USA will have duties paid, so there are no additional import charges on delivery. For other international destinations, please note that local taxes and customs duties may still apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

At Morgan & French, we want you to be fully informed about your rights when it comes to cancelling orders. Under UK and European regulations, consumers are generally entitled to certain cancellation rights for distance contracts. However, we want to make it clear that these cancellation rights do not apply to most of our hand-crafted products.

Items that are made to order, including those made to your size, colour, metal, or combination, are not eligible for cancellation once we have started making them. We ask that you carefully consider your order before submitting it to ensure that you are happy with your chosen specifications.

For non-customised or non-made to order products, you will have cancellation rights as set out in our terms of sale.
