Our Dog Nose Print Jewellery is a quiet celebration of the bond you share with your dog. Every nose carries its own pattern of tiny ridges and lines, and we preserve that detail either from an impression or from a clear photograph, then translate it by hand into sterling silver. Your chosen design carries the familiar detail of your own dog’s nose.

A Snozza™ Impression Kit uses soft impression putty to take an impression of your dog's nose at home. The putty is gently pressed against the nose to record its surface texture.
Send the impression back to us. We use part of your dog's own nose texture to make your chosen Snozza design in solid silver.
If your impressions need another attempt, we’ll let you know. Replacement kits are available for existing Snozza jewellery orders. See the replacement impression kit.
The finished jewellery is not a model of the whole nose. We work with the area of texture that suits the size and shape of the design you have chosen.

Lisa took an impression of Mabel’s nose in 2008. A year later, a discovery in her workshop set Snozza in motion. What began as a life-size silver nose has grown into the jewellery she makes today.

For photo-based designs, we need a clear, sharp photograph showing the unique texture on the top of your dog's nose. The nostrils themselves don't need to be visible, because we capture part of that texture rather than the whole nose.
Natural light works best. If you have several photographs, send them all and we'll choose the one with the clearest detail.

These designs are created from an image of the paw print, either captured using our wipe-and-paper impression pack or supplied from a clear copy of an existing print.

The method depends on the design you choose. Some designs are made from a photograph, while Snozza™ designs are made from a physical impression taken with a Snozza™ Impression Kit.

That depends on the design. Charms and Story Beads carry a smaller area of detail than a larger pendant, so we select the section of texture that suits the jewellery you have chosen.
