Our Solid Gold Fingerprint Ring carries an actual print from someone you love, deep-engraved into solid gold and made to your size.
After we receive your prints, we set to work. We take the interesting "whorly" centre of the fingerprint and deep-engrave it into a gold ring. You can have one print covering half of the ring, or two prints covering the full band with a small polished gap between them.
You might like to add some words to the inside of your ring as well. Just let us know what you'd like when placing your order, up to 25 letters including spaces.
Please note: fingerprint rings are made to your exact size and can't be resized afterwards, so it's worth getting the size right first time. Our Professional Ring Sizing service (below) can help, or visit us at our Stamford shop or Biggleswade studio if you're local.

Finding the right ring size can be trickier than people expect. Sizes vary slightly between jewellers, sizing tools and even ring styles, which is why we offer the same professional ring gauge system we use in the workshop.
Our reusable ring sizer lets you try different sizes at home, so we can size your ring correctly first time.
How it works

- Try different sizes at home in your own time
- Let us know your chosen size
- Return the sizer within 28 days of receiving it, using the included return packaging
- We'll refund £20 once it's back with us in its original condition

If you request instructions for taking prints yourself, we will send you an inkpad and paper kit within one working day of placing your order. You can then send us back your fingerprints either by scanning them as a high-resolution JPEG and emailing them to us or sending them to us through the post using our prepaid envelope. Alternatively, if you want to take your prints yourself at home without a kit, you can use a soft pencil, clear Sellotape, and white paper, which allows us to receive your prints quicker. Professional Fingerprint-Taking:
For those who prefer a professional touch, we offer an appointment service for taking fingerprints. This ensures high-quality prints with minimal hassle. Appointments are available at two locations with different availability times. After placing your order, you will receive an invite to book an appointment for professional fingerprint-taking. This option is ideal for ensuring precision and clarity, especially for important keepsakes. -
Reuse Prints:
If you have previously ordered from us, you can reuse the prints we have on file.

How We Use Your Fingerprints:
Once we receive your fingerprints, we normally work with the central, most defined ‘whorly’ section of the print, as this is the area that carries the clearest and most characteristic detail for making into jewellery. If you would like us to use the full fingerprint, or if there is a particular area of the print you’d prefer us to focus on, please let us know when placing your order.

1.7mm x 5mm hallmarked 9ct or 18ct yellow, white or rose gold wedding band. Made to order up to size Z.

Our fingerprint rings carry an actual print from someone you love, deep-engraved into a band of sterling silver or 9ct gold and made to your size. The whorls and loops are real, taken from the person, kept in the metal.
Once you've ordered, we'll send a small kit with everything you need to take and return the prints. We do the engraving in our UK workshop. You can choose one print covering half of the ring, or two prints covering the full band with a small polished gap between them, and add a name, a date or a short message inside the band if you'd like.
Some people wear theirs for a new baby's print, some to mark an anniversary, some to keep a partner or a parent close, some after a grandparent has gone. The reason doesn't change the ring, only what it means to the person wearing it.

We understand that some customers may wish to receive their order sooner, so we offer the option to bring your piece forward in your maker’s schedule. These choices affect when your jewellery is created, never the skill or attention devoted to it.
Priority 1 – Express Creation
When time matters, your piece is scheduled for immediate bench work with your maker, crafted ahead of their usual making order. This typically brings completion forward by around three to five days, giving you a noticeably earlier finish for special gifts, meaningful moments and occasions where you simply need your jewellery sooner.
This premium service adds a 40% uplift to the base price of your piece (excluding any optional add-ons), so you’re never charged extra for choosing to include additional details or elements. It is available on selected designs each day.
Standard Service – Made in Turn
Your jewellery is handcrafted with the same care and attention, created in the natural rhythm of your maker’s schedule once everything required is in place. The same skill, the same devotion - simply made in turn.
