We fully guarantee our jewellery for 6 months against faulty workmanship or materials, though this does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear.

After you place your order, we'll provide you with easy instructions on how to send us your fingerprint. We will provide you with an inkpad and paper kit within one working day of placing your order. You can send us back your fingerprints either by scanning them as a high-resolution JPEG or mailing them to us through the post using our prepaid envelope.
If the fingerprint is for a child under 18 months old, we recommend taking their print before ordering to make sure there's clear definition. You can take a fingerprint at home without our kit using a soft pencil, clear tape, and white paper.
