If you request instructions for taking prints yourself, we will send you an inkpad and paper kit within one working day of placing your order. You can then send us back your fingerprints either by scanning them as a high-resolution JPEG and emailing them to us or sending them to us through the post using our prepaid envelope. Alternatively, if you want to take your prints yourself at home without a kit, you can use a soft pencil, clear Sellotape, and white paper, which allows us to receive your prints quicker. We fully guarantee our jewellery for 6 months against faulty workmanship or materials, though this does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear.
