If you request instructions for taking prints yourself, we will send you an inkpad and paper kit within one working day of placing your order. You can then send us back your fingerprints either by scanning them as a high-resolution JPEG and emailing them to us or sending them to us through the post using our prepaid envelope. Alternatively, if you want to take your prints yourself at home without a kit, you can use a soft pencil, clear Sellotape, and white paper, which allows us to receive your prints quicker. For those who prefer a professional touch, we offer an appointment service for taking fingerprints. This ensures high-quality prints with minimal hassle. This option is ideal for ensuring precision and clarity, especially for important keepsakes. -

You will need to take your fingerprints yourself. You can use either an inkpad and paper or a soft pencil, clear Sellotape, and white paper. Once you have taken the prints, scan them as a high-resolution JPEG and email them to us. To see how easy it is, please see the full instructions. -

If you have previously ordered from us, you can reuse the prints we have on file.

Once we receive your fingerprints, we normally work with the central, most defined ‘whorly’ section of the print, as this is the area that carries the clearest and most characteristic detail for making into jewellery. If you would like us to use the full fingerprint, or if there is a particular area of the print you’d prefer us to focus on, please let us know when placing your order.

Handmade in our Biggleswade Studio in 925 Sterling Silver with a brass rivet around the hole. The process we use to create your jewellery is totally unique to this style of jewellery and there may be some tiny marks and blemishes in the finished silver, as shown in the images. This is not a fault or a defect but a characteristic of the material and specialist process we use to handcraft your jewellery.

For Christmas delivery, our standard production schedule is now full. A limited number of Priority orders are still being accepted for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

When time matters, your piece is scheduled for immediate bench work with your maker, crafted ahead of their usual making order. This typically brings completion forward by around three to five days, giving you a noticeably earlier finish for special gifts, meaningful moments and occasions where you simply need your jewellery sooner.

Standard Service – Made in Turn

To combat this, we are proud to offer an anti-tarnish service that you can easily add to your order. Our Rhodium Anti-Tarnish Plating Service ensures your cherished pieces retain their lustre and shine for as long as possible.
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend using a good quality jeweller's cloth regularly as part of your cleaning routine. It's also important to remove your jewellery before showering or swimming, as metals can react with shampoo, chemicals, and chlorine.
Please handle your jewellery with care, as links and clasps can be opened or broken if not treated properly. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days. We fully guarantee our jewellery for 6 months against faulty workmanship or materials, though this does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear.
