A simple unisex design, the slim tag is handcrafted in silver with all the information needed deep engraved, practical yet stylish, gorgeous to look at and comfortable to wear every day.
Medical emergencies can happen at anytime, anywhere and you may not be with people who know you.
The Medical Alert Tag can be a vital source of information for first response and paramedics if you are unable to communicate, allowing them to treat your situation quickly and effectively.
We can deep engrave up to 50 characters (25 characters including spaces on two lines) on the back of the tag, allowing full details to be available to caregivers and first responders. We also offer two wider pendants that allows up to 75 or 100 letters if you need more detail included.
You can opt to have the front left plain, without the Caduceus symbol if you prefer a plainer tag. If there is another symbol you would like on the front, just send us a message before you place your order.

This typically brings completion forward by around three to five days, giving you a noticeably earlier finish for special gifts, meaningful moments and occasions where you simply need your jewellery sooner.
This premium service adds a 40% uplift to the base price of your piece (excluding any optional add-ons), so you’re never charged extra for choosing to include additional details or elements. It is available on selected designs each day.

We want your jewellery to look beautiful for years to come, which is why we recommend using a good quality jeweller's cloth regularly as part of your cleaning routine.
Silver and other metals are prone to tarnish. This oxidising process is a natural occurrence, but some substances in our daily lives will speed it up, such as soap, hairspray, perfume, food, latex, perspiration and even the natural oils on our hands. You should always remove jewellery before showering or swimming, as metals can react with shampoo, chemicals and chlorine.
To combat this, we are proud to offer an anti-tarnish service that you can easily add to your order. Our Rhodium Anti-Tarnish Plating Service ensures your cherished pieces retain their lustre and shine for as long as possible.
As with all jewellery, straps, links and clasps can be opened, damaged or broken if not treated with care. Please check your jewellery carefully when you receive it and contact us within 7 days if it is delivered faulty or damaged. Your jewellery is fully guaranteed for 6 months against faulty workmanship or materials, although this does not cover accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
