The pendant features a small chamber where you can place a portion of your loved one's ashes, and is sealed with a choice of a sterling silver. We understand the importance of personalisation, as a special touch, we offer complimentary personalised engraving on the back of the pendant, allowing you to add a name or meaningful message to this unique and beautiful tribute, making it a personal keepsake that you will always treasure. The front of the pendant is engraved with the heartfelt message of "I am always with you" or can be left unengraved (please specify when ordering). Additionally, a name or special words can be engraved on the back of the necklace, making it a truly personal and sentimental piece.

We will then provide you with the necessary materials, including a small container and pre-paid envelope, labelled with your order number, to safely collect a small portion of ash.

Standard Service – Made in Turn
Your jewellery is handcrafted with the same care and attention, created in the natural rhythm of your maker’s schedule once everything required is in place. The same skill, the same devotion - simply made in turn.
We want your jewellery to look beautiful for years to come, which is why we recommend using a good quality jeweller's cloth regularly as part of your cleaning routine. Silver and other metals are prone to tarnishing due to natural oxidisation, and certain substances in our daily lives can speed up the process, such as soap, hairspray, perfume, and even natural oils on our hands.
To combat this, we are proud to offer an anti-tarnish service that you can easily add to your order. Our Rhodium Anti-Tarnish Plating Service ensures your cherished pieces retain their lustre and shine for as long as possible.
Please treat your jewellery with care, as straps, links, and clasps can be opened or broken if not handled properly. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days. We fully guarantee our jewellery for 6 months against faulty workmanship or materials, though this does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear.
