Ordering Process
For our Hand & Footprint Jewellery, we will send you an impression pack containing a special wipe and sensitised paper. This method of capturing hand and footprints was developed for use in maternity hospitals in America and is suitable and safe for babies of all ages.
The hand and footprints appear like magic on the paper, which you then send back to us in a prepaid, letterbox-sized return package! Of course, if you already have a print that you'd like to use, just take a clear copy and email or post it to us.
With some magic of our own, we miniaturise the hand or footprints to fit your chosen item of jewellery and recreate them as though they were imprinted directly into the silver!
Professional Print-Taking
For those who prefer a professional touch, we also offer an appointment service for taking hand and footprints. This service ensures high-quality prints with minimal hassle. Appointments are available at two locations, with different availability times. After placing your order, you will receive an invite to book an appointment for professional hand and footprint-taking. This option is ideal for ensuring precision and clarity, especially for creating cherished keepsakes.

We understand that some customers may wish to receive their order sooner, so we offer the option to bring your piece forward in your maker’s schedule. These choices affect when your jewellery is created, never the skill or attention devoted to it.
Priority 1 – Express Creation
When time matters, your piece is scheduled for immediate bench work with your maker, crafted ahead of their usual making order. This typically brings completion forward by around three to five days, giving you a noticeably earlier finish for special gifts, meaningful moments and occasions where you simply need your jewellery sooner.
This premium service adds a 40% uplift to the base price of your piece (excluding any optional add-ons), so you’re never charged extra for choosing to include additional details or elements. It is available on selected designs each day.
Standard Service – Made in Turn
Your jewellery is handcrafted with the same care and attention, created in the natural rhythm of your maker’s schedule once everything required is in place. The same skill, the same devotion - simply made in turn.

A Story Bracelet begins with a strap and a personalised bead of your choosing.
