We use a small amount of your loved one's ashes to create a slender ingot pendant necklace, with the ashes visible within the silver. The front of the necklace is engraved with the message "I am always with you", or can be left unengraved at your request. You can also choose to engrave a name or special words on the back of the necklace.
Made with great care and respect in our Biggleswade studio, each necklace is individually handmade with the utmost attention to detail, ensuring that no two will ever be the same. Ordering Process
Upon ordering one of our beautiful memorial jewellery pieces from our ashes jewellery collection, you will be assigned a unique order number. We will then provide you with the necessary materials, including a small container and pre-paid envelope, labelled with your order number, to safely collect a small portion of ash.
Rest assured that your order will be handled with the utmost care and respect by one of our dedicated and skilled jewellers. Each piece is crafted by hand, ensuring authenticity and the highest quality throughout the creation process. We hold the ashes with the utmost reverence and dignity. And, as we only require a small amount, any remaining ashes will be returned to you with your completed jewellery.

When time matters, your piece is scheduled for immediate bench work with your maker, crafted ahead of their usual making order. This typically brings completion forward by around three to five days, giving you a noticeably earlier finish for special gifts, meaningful moments and occasions where you simply need your jewellery sooner.

To combat this, we are proud to offer an anti-tarnish service that you can easily add to your order. Our Rhodium Anti-Tarnish Plating Service ensures your cherished pieces retain their lustre and shine for as long as possible.
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend using a good quality jeweller's cloth regularly as part of your cleaning routine. It's also important to remove your jewellery before showering or swimming, as metals can react with shampoo, chemicals, and chlorine.
Please handle your jewellery with care, as links and clasps can be opened or broken if not treated properly. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days. We fully guarantee our jewellery for 6 months against faulty workmanship or materials, though this does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear.
