The sterling silver charms are delicately constructed to encapsulate a small measure of ashes and are sealed with a sterling silver square, symbolising the enduring nature of your connection and love. The square option can be personalised with an initial, offering a unique and meaningful touch.

Each charm can be personalised with engravings in a classic font on the back, making every piece as unique as the memories it represents. The square seal remains fixed in place, while you can choose between a brushed matt or polished finish for each charm, customising the bracelet to suit your personal style.

As life’s journey unfolds, you have the option to incorporate additional ashes charms over time. Each new charm offers a respectful and loving tribute to those who have shaped your life, ensuring their memory accompanies you with every step. The bracelet is also compatible with all our Story Beads, including the Chapter and Verse Story Beads, which allow for extended messages of up to 200 characters.
Ordering Process
When you order a piece from our memorial jewellery collection, we'll assign your order a unique number and send you a small kit — a labelled container and a pre-paid envelope — to collect a portion of ashes and post safely back to us.
Each piece is made by hand by one of our silversmiths. We only need a small amount, and any ashes not used are returned to you with the finished piece. The ashes are handled with care and respect throughout, from arrival to the day your jewellery is ready to send.
Sizing
Ordering the right bracelet size is simple!
Use a soft measuring tape or wrap a piece of string or paper around your wrist bone—comfortably snug, with no gaps or squeezing. Mark the spot where it overlaps, then measure against a ruler to find your wrist size.
Just tell us your exact wrist measurement—we'll automatically add the right amount of length for comfort, depending on your fit preference:
- Close fit: sits neatly around the wrist, adding just enough room (+1.5cm)
- Standard fit: slightly looser for daily comfort (+2cm) (most popular)
- Relaxed fit: extra space for a casual, relaxed feel (+2.5cm)
Example: If your wrist measures 18cm, simply select size "18cm" and your preferred fit. We'll do the rest.
Our bracelets aren't adjustable, so accurate sizing ensures the best experience. If you're unsure, Standard or Relaxed fits are always a safe choice!

When time matters, your piece is scheduled for immediate bench work with your maker, crafted ahead of their usual making order. This typically brings completion forward by around three to five days, giving you a noticeably earlier finish for special gifts, meaningful moments and occasions where you simply need your jewellery sooner.
This premium service adds a 40% uplift to the base price of your piece (excluding any optional add-ons), so you’re never charged extra for choosing to include additional details or elements. It is available on selected designs each day.
Standard Service – Made in Turn
Your jewellery is handcrafted with the same care and attention, created in the natural rhythm of your maker’s schedule once everything required is in place. The same skill, the same devotion - simply made in turn.
